Steve was on local radio in Newburgh

So, Dear Nieces and Nephews,  the county exec was on the radio yesterday with Mike "I-Love-Me" Mazzeralla, where Steve said that Valley View had the lowest ranking of local nursing homes. (This is not true by the way, please refer to the many previous posts here on Orange County Outlook or just go to the NYS DOH website for the accurate reports.)

This is interesting on a number of levels. But here's the best one.

Mike "I-Love-Me" Mazzerella was at a rally to save Valley View (keep county owned) and even brought his film equipment: he was making a documentary about Valley View and the controversy . He even promised after traipsing around that day, that he would go to VV and shoot some footage, which he never did. 

More promises not kept. Maybe he ran out of film.

So why was he fussing over Steve who doesn't want to keep V.V as County owned?

Maybe it is because of Steve's influence with the movie industry.

After all Steve did have a starlet who has appeared in film and magazines, as his golf caddy.

Perhaps they are making a sequel to Caddyshack called "Groundhogs Go Wild!"
