  5. I will be shocked, totally shocked, if "Hurricane Hayworth" gracefully goes away. I would not be surprised if she does what she did after her last loss, immediately hit the rubber chicken circuit and start running again.

    Not the least bit shocked.

  12. I can't see the Nanster running for any office lower than the U.S. House. It is what her inflated ego demands. So ... that being said ... I would not be shocked if she ran for Senate in 2016. Chuck's seat is up then.

A real moron on the internet, VJ Machiavelli, who has a blog and pots all over the place, insisted, ha ha ha ha ... I got in some real flame wars with him ... that she would beat Maloney 2 years ago. At the time he also talked about her, after beating Maloney, running for Senate.

I would not be shocked if she doesn't consider it. She is way too odd, jerky jerky, and quite frankly, incoherent, to be a regular on one of the cable outlets, so, to satisfy her adulation craving I would not be shocked if she ran for that seat. She's a 2 time loser but she has her own money which she can bankroll a campaign.

I don't think many in the GOP establishment would be thrilled with it, especially those that have dealt with her in person (there is a reason Larkin backed Maloney, and it isn't just Maloney's support of veterans), but her money will take her a long way.

And speaking of adulation, I have never dealt with a politico that was local who had such a personal following or craved such personal adulation. People may like Maloney, or John Hall, or even Sue Kelly or Ben Gilman, but they weren't like "Nan Fans." Go on her FB page and read all the comments of how her fans love her and how hot she is and other such gibberish.

I find it creepy and beyond a tad weird.

  13. Don't forget, Brabenec is also part of that group. Brother Stevie made the Karlapalooza poster that Little Karl denied passing out. Rumor has it Auntie Nanny bought Little Karl $10,000 worth of suits and clothing so he would look nice on the campaign trail. Wonder if she listed that as a campaign expense adding to the thousands she already donated to him. Really something peculiar there.

We are really in trouble with that fungus spreading to the assembly. God help us all.
