Is there no justice for this well known crime victim? Will we see wrongs "righted"?
CARMEN DUBALDI campaign treasurer, was fired by State Senator William Larkin (pictured above) back in JULY. Carmen ("allegedly") misappropriated funds from multiple accounts including Senator Larkin's.The Senator "...noticed irregularities in our campaign account, including funds leaving the committee for transactions that were never made."
The trusted treasurer and well-connected operative of the OC Republican Party, was an integral part of the OC Republican family. He betrayed the trust placed in him by the Senator and others. (The Senator is the only one who spoke out. Isn't that correct? L Stephen, Annie and Eddie?)
Senator Larkin a veteran who has served in NYS government for decades, is a crime victim, according to his statement in the THR.http://www.recordonline.com/article/20150827/NEWS/150829521
We agree. And we can only imagine the betrayal and angst that the Senator feels, in addition to the just plain, disagreeable notion of having someone close to you, rip you off!
Carmen is being investigated by multiple investigative units, not just the Ulster County DA. and yet he is currently going to his county job every day, another position of trust. (and maybe not well founded, Stevie)
Carmen is being investigated but we hear nothing about the results of the investigation, or whether or not he will be indicted.
Maybe Carmen made a deal with someone.
Is this anyway to treat a long-term public servant?
When will we see justice for the Senator?
Why does the "alleged victim" now need a deal?

Are all those investigating him Republican? Or as Auntie said he's made a deal already?
ReplyDeletewill be interesting to learn what the investigation finds out about his "no show" job with a certain former assemblywoman now turned County Clerk...
ReplyDeleteFlash back to Republican Conv. Indorsing NEUHAUS same nite Seth Arluck An Daniel Mcmahon ran for NYS Committe position seat was promised to Mc mahon by Deprospo. Arluck won an Mc mahon went balistic that he was betrayed by his budies. CARMAN Dubaldi, strong arms ARLUCK to refuse position an Mc mahon is appointed to State Committee. Dubaldi was the enforcer for his REPUBLICAN Boss,s. Let,s Hope he squeeeels on his once friends. He can bring down this corrupt triad in ORANGE CO.
ReplyDeleteLets hope ULSTER CO. OR the FEDERAL AUTHORITIES empanel a grand jury an bring in under oath RABBIT,DIANA, BRECIA,DEPROSPO the rest of these characters if warrented give some imunity or partial imunity including DUDALDI,
ReplyDeleteAs this Carmen Dubaldi thing widens someone will eventually have to walk the plank.
ReplyDeleteAm I the only person who read these two lines in the THR article? "A criminal investigation involving Dubaldi and Larkin's campaign account was referred to the Ulster County District Attorney's office on July 28 after the Orange County District Attorney's Office recused itself. No action has since been taken." No action has been taken. None. Hmm. One would think that this would be receiving far more attention if there was anything to it. Auntie states, with an air of "all knowing" that "Carmen is being investigated by multiple investigative units, not just the Ulster County DA". What, if anything, are you keeping to yourself Auntie? And what are your sources?
ReplyDeleteAre you joking asking AUNTIE to disclose sources. Auntie has always been well researched an documented on her blog can u imagine if she reveals her inside sources what the powers to be would do to these folks. Needless to say sources would never again contact AUNTIE.
DeleteWill ANY action ever be taken??? Remember, this is a Republican DA in Ulster County, friends with the Republicans in Orange County who want this to JUST GO AWAY!!! Remember how they covered up and got rid of that LEGISLATOR LEEGH BENTON situation with just a slap on hands fine!!!!
ReplyDeleteSince campaign funds are involved this sounds like a job for the US Attorney.Phreet where are you?
