To All Department Heads

Dear Nieces and Nephews:

Here is a copy of the memo that Steve Gross penned on behalf of our County Executive*.

 
some excerpts:

"The new process includes a pre-employment interview by the County Executive or his designee"

"The County Executives office will now be retaining the original signed hiring request form and will provide Humane Resources, Budget and the respective department with a scanned copy of the form..."

"Please know that, per the County Executive, new full time and part time employees will not be allowed to start work without following this process." 

Note that the Legislators were not copied on this..

*FYI: Steve Gross is the son of Hank Gross, producer of the regional online news which seems to serve as Stevie Thunder's online "press release" outlet. Taylor Sterling aka Joy Taylor (with many, many more aliases) from the local radio station, is his on air bit@h.
All Neuhaus all the time!. This and the All Neuhaus Radio Station, is how Stevie is controlling the media-more on the radio station at a later time.

What is one of the first things a dictator does? Why, control the media, of course! Classic!

    When Neuhaus pushed thru a $21,000 raise for his buddy with the help of his crony Legislators ..... The Hank Gross news network did not even report it (they reported other things that went thru the Legislature that day), because the people are outraged about it ... now that radio station keeps pushing the Sheriff on air as some superman, with himself going on air to tell all of us how great he is ..... what a bunch of BS from someone who is asleep on the job most of the time when he is not out at parades on our tax dime!!

    I've also heard Neuhaus signed an exclusive contract with News 12 to videotape all of the county meetings.

    This guy makes Eddie Diana look like a saint. Here's to hoping Anagnostakis or Skoufis runs against this corrupt deviant.

    Seems like a certain radio show is the new propaganda vehicle for showcasing this CE's every good deed. he even has a devoted pit bull known by many names at the helm. Used to be a fair radio station before she got into the mix and teamed up as the private spokesperson and confidante of SN. Guess Truatt has lost all control of what was once his radio station. Time to change the channel in more ways than one.

    Lorraine is the only voice of reason on that station. We love her show but it is definitely different from the show she and the Boss man did, which was also good.

    Now that someone mentioned a certain female firearms instructor, it brought back certain memories of where she once started way back when. The Tea Party, her own radio show, I believe a huge supporter of VV filming with a huge camera at all the leg. meetings, forgot about her. Seems since she made new friends she is off the grid and stopped line dancing too. Glad she got what she was after.

    Wow, WTBQ is tanking since this Taylor woman took over. Even the Kruk show has been wussified. He did a 380 and became a raving loon Taylor like. When they kick Lorraine out, that will be the death knell of WTBQ.

    I would imagine that is about what the taxpayers will get from this publicity hungry movie mogul. After all he has infused millions of dollar and created hundreds of jobs in the Hudson Valley Economy. Just ask all his political friends. Wonder which ones will endorse him.     This new hiring mandate must be a joke. Why would you even consider posting a job vacancy in the first place without the knowledge of the CE and his minions. To fill out a form stating if this job is necessary and meets all this mumbo jumbo criteria is a farce. We should insist ALL employees then hired in any way shape or form by the CE in any position go through this same process. How many friends does this CE need to meet and greet. And if the CE does not feel this employee meets his standards then what. Legislators, please do your job and stop this waste of time and obvious duplication of paperwork. How many heads of company CEO's follow this practice. Even I have not met the CE and I and all of OC pay his salary. We are his boss.

    FOFamily/Friends is politics as usual in OC.
    Village Trustee Conklin of Monroe is married to Lt. Conklin of Village PD, and his nycpd parity pay scale shows it. His area of patrol? 56 linear miles as opposed nyc 300+linear miles, with more activity in one precinct in one day than in a whole year of village activity. 2014 217(arrest) for the year. CAN YOU SAY TAXPAYER RIP OFF. Monroe is a sewer with rats and vermins in office. OC has nothing on Monroe. Or does it?
