2016 More Carmen

Carmen is very much pained,
It seems that he has been arraigned,
He supposedly took some money,
From folks who thought it was not funny,
And now his reputation is stained!

  1. If you can't do the time skip the crime. Ask Silver, Skelos and a bunch of others Preet has snared. Carmen is a common low life thief.

  2. So does he still keep his job? Remember Karlpolloza episode and Diana got rid of him. Let's see what Stevie does. Also Annie Rabbitt has not said a word regarding Carmen. She should be outraged if he took campaign funds from her. Wonder why no outrage?

    1. She is complict in a cover up in a conspracy to cover up grand larceny.

  3. She knew. He is just the fall guy. The tip of the iceberg. Come on they all knew. The pilfering is staggering. He is going to get off very lightly for taking the heat.

  4. be assured that all involved have been advised not to make any comments, answer no questions etc.
if this was an individual not connected to organized politicos they would've been immediately removed from his county position and handled much differently than is now unfolding. people have been fired, cuffed/arrested and jailed for far less. he's protected because of who he worked for and with. wasn't he the one who was able to open a sealed court file and was able to get confidential info from the sheriff's office files? there's more going on than what's being reported and most likely will be concealed from the public scrutiny.

  5. Carmen is CSEA. If he gets sentenced to a significant term in jail, he will likely loose his job. No jail will likely mean continued employment.

Karl was "working" in an appointed position at the pleasure of the county exec., not covered by CSEA rules.

  6. It seems like Preet US Attorney might have to get involved, if not it looks like a white wash job.

  7. funny that the local judge that arraigned him was also a county republican. should have had the arraignment out of county. maybe not ROR'ed then

  8. More and more this Dubaldi thing screams for Federal intervention or could the Feds be casting a wider net and take down the Orange and Ulster Republicans?

  9. Haven't heard how he made out in the Bonnie Brennan case from New Windsor? How her closed domestic file suddenly turned up in the press.

  10. It is foolish to think that all Republicans are corrupt and that all Democrats are not corrupt. It is also called stereotyping.
    Silver Smith Lopez etc.

  11. You are correct but, in the Dubaldi case all the players are Republicans and the posters are referring to this incident(s).

  12. The whole case smells of politics. Preet is trying to stop this. He has to get involved. Why. Is an Orange County judge involved? The Ulster DA should not be involved either. When is CD's next court appearance? Annie and the good citizens should be there. CD should have been forced to post bail, meet the press and more.

  13. The same judge who once worked for rabbit. Hmm smells funny!

  14. Get some court watchers involved if it still smells funny the Feds should get involved. I'd say give them enough rope and then well you know.

    1. Haul them before a grand jury under oath. Recall the DONNERY HEARINGS, when Diana, Deprospo, an 10 others refusef to testify under oath. This Orange Co political Dung Heap must be exposed.

  15. Just saw a post on fb,from a county employee, that stated Carmen is getting probation and keeping his county job. Can anyone verify this??

  16. No, that is the lowest penalty he could get. He will be in Superior Court in a few weeks. Hopefully he does not skate.

  17. Their should be a grand jury impanld to investigate wat alledged part did RABBIT, DIANA AN WILLIAM DEPROSPO PLAY IN DIRECTING Dibaldi,s dirty political activities, example election of NYS REP. COMMITTEEMAN who was approached by Dibaldi an polticallly threatnd to refuse the position so they could appt Daniel Mc mahon. Which they did. How about DIBALDI,S investmnt compny? Dibaldi is key to lots of political dirty tricks. Yes Set Arluk, was the winner of afortomentiond election that he refused to accept. We need federal probe Now.

  18. Keep in Mind Neuhaus,Brabnek, and Dibaldi, were all MEMERS OF THE ORANGE CO. YOUNG REPUBLICANS THEIR HISTORY RUNS VERY VERY DEEP. NEUHAUS cannot go after Dibaldi,s job for fear Dibaldi will reveal the secrets they all share.

  19. Painting Carmen as a political enforcer is laughable. The party royalty kept him around as a court jester and when they weren't looking he stole their jewels!

  20. Skip Oceanlane knows a scam when he sees it

  21. does anyone know if tax evasion is one of the charges considered in this case?

    ReplyDelete
  22. No, but that's a good point Hello IRS!

    ReplyDelete
  23. Wouldn't the Feds have to bring those charges? Hello Preet!

    ReplyDelete
  24. It appears Preet could probably take down the entire Orange county government if he wanted to.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Since the NYS assembly is refusing to take a stand on corruption, Preet may be the only hope, his result has been remarkable so far.

  26. Seems to be paying off what he took....

  27. Do these repayments mean he gets a keep out of prison pass? When shop lifters get caught don't they go to jail or is it different for Republicans when they are prosecuted by Republican DA's?

    ReplyDelete
  28. These repayments are an admission of guilt and when Diana, Rabbitt and others did not report it the way Larkin did they may be part of the fraud.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Sounds like a job for superman(Preet).

    ReplyDelete
  30. Republicans giving each other a pass? What about Silver and Lopez. I wish hateful people would stop making this about party, there are plenty of bad politicos on both sides. Let's make this about cleaning up the county!

    ReplyDelete
  31. When Dubaldi puts on an orange jump suit then we can talk about others. BTW it took Preet to put Silver away and you're right Silver is a crook and Lopez is an idiot

    ReplyDelete
  32. Does anyone out there find it strange that the New Windsor Republican party/committee hasn't been named in Dubaldi's stealing?

    ReplyDelete
  33. Another article in todays' Times Herald about Dubaldi repaying money he stole, next we are going to hear Dubaldi didn't steal the money but was investing it as treasurer.

    ReplyDelete
  34. You just gave DuBaldi and his attorneys their best defense!!! Do not be surprised if they use it!!! Was Carmen investing it in his own investments?? Those investments must have done very well, since he now has $$$$$ to pay it back!!

    ReplyDelete
  35. He isn't making the payments, someone that Carmen
has the goods on is making them.
