  2. Mr. DuBaldi, charged with three felony counts over $3K for each count against Edw. Diana, Annie Rabbit, and Sen. Larkin has been recommended by the DA to serve 5-yrs. probation, restitution, and a $10K fine OR the Judge could sentence him to 1-3 yrs. in State prison. Sentencing will commence on June 1-st. @9:30 am. Now all cross your fingers for Carmen and wish him luck.

  4. It seems crooked Carmen is getting all the considerations and every is appearing to bend over backwards probation no jail, even the judge made a point in saying he will look at the letters of support from the community(community of what?crooks, cohorts)and it seems strange he didn't steal money from the New Windsor Republican committee or did he?

  8. Anyone providing letters of support for this nasty excuse for a human being, are crooks too! Maybe they are afraid of what he might ssy The Poster at 12.24 is absolutely right! A poor minority person from Newburgh or Middletown would probably get ten years!!!

  9. 12:24 it was a JOKE, just like this county and the politicians who run it. DuBaldi is going to walk with no jail time and keep his county job with all frills and benefits and will eventually be promoted for keeping mum.

  10. Maybe Preet can loosen his tongue(about county wide corruption), after all aren't campaign funds involved?

  11. WHAT LETTERS OF SUPPORT FROM THE COMMUNITY ARE THEY TALKING ABOUT !!!! Time for the community to write letters demanding jail time.

  12. Isn't it illegal for the county to hire known felons in a position especially where they come into contact with taxpayer money?

  13. At this time isn't Dubaldi a convicted felon?

  14. For this crook to be on probation doesn't he need a prison sentence over his head?
