Lego Letters and Spot Check on Billy

Dear Nieces and Nephews

There were more Lego letters in the THR, Sunday, all 3 of them claiming to be residents and were Anti-Legoland.
Auntie and the Team, almost to prove a point, checked to see if these 3 were indeed actual residents of Goshen. Two were verified through public records and the other is pending. But the trend does seem to be that people who live in Goshen DO NOT WANT LEGOLAND in the area designated!

And speaking of verifying addresses, something that captured the Teams interest is this:

Yes, Billy Deprospo, Mr. Republican Chair from the last decade is back in the public eye. He keeps turning up just like the proverbial “bad penny”. You see, Billy wants to be a judge and just like the time he said to his wife (in an article by former THR reporter, Brendan Scott) “You want a judgeship, we’ll get you a judgeship” he now believes it is his turn. Hence, the fundraiser. (and Yes! Stevie Neuhaus was there along with about 200 other Deprospo acolytes. Daddy dearest)

Billy said: “My heritage and my life experiences will guide me throughout this campaign and indeed they will be my moral compass when I take the bench, wearing a robe is a great privilege and I will always respect it as such.”

Moral Compass? Is that the same moral compass that you employed when you were trying to sell Valley View after having your protégé, William Pascocello of OAS ran the facility to the ground? To sell it? Is that the same moral compass that led you to Essex County with your “associates” to show them how valuable it would be to Essex County to rid themselves of their County Nursing Home by selling to your friends, Tenzler et al? If so. your moral compass needle was not pointing true North!

But back to the original point. It seems that William “Stealth” Deprospo sold his home in Goshen in July 2016 and there seems to be no property owned by him (personally) in the county and his address is not in the usual databases. He is flying under the radar! AND he has had a campaign fundraiser with apparently no campaign committee registered with the NYS Board of Elections, which would list the address of his committee, if not his home. He seems to have no roots in Goshen except his business er, Law Office.

Where, oh, where did Billy go? Oh, where, oh, where did he go?

And Bill is still on the Town of Goshen Republican Committee. Does he live in the same Assembly District so that he may continue to serve in that capacity? But we should ask, if he is eligible to serve on the political party committee, when does he plan to resign? (After all he is running for a judgeship and certain rules apply.)

Or are we being met with some more of his “Moral Compass”?

  3. Just in case anyone out there has not read this report and all the other news articles in the TH-R, where this man who would be Judge says he had no business dealings and or they are not his collegues read this and JUDGE for yourself. DeProspo was in so deep with he is an insult to the position he so covets.

  7. Auntie, Remember this?

A man who wants to be Judge, who refuses to testify under oath, in July, 2012 THR. Article by Chris McKenna.

'Only the Valley View committee has heard testimony so far. Nineteen witnesses, including 10 Valley View employees, have answered questions under oath over five days. Nine other people who were given subpoenas, including Diana, Valley View Administrator William Pascocello and Orange County Republican Chairman William DeProspo, have failed to appear.'

  8. I wonder under what theory of government he refused to cooperate with a duly constituted INVESTIGATORY committee of the legislature? He was a private citizen not a governmental employee. Special privilege?
