Merlin Entertainments, Legoland continues to work on over 100 acres at at time, even though they were issued violations by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.
There is a reason why they were not supposed to work on large tracts of land all at once. The more trees that are cut, the less soil is contained by tree roots and that destabilizes the land.
And that is why there was another mudslide last week

What were you trying to dig up in the 100 acre clear-cut area? Some honesty and integrity?

C Scott Vanderhoef, former Rockland County Executive, ran for the NYS Senate in 2010. He also was responsible for almost bankrupting the county.

Where is the justice? White collar crime rules with no penalty? Those who pay to play just forge ahead with no concern or penalty? Orange Govt , local goats in Orange are as corrupt as they come. Rockland and Westchester weed out the crooked...but in Orange they have a safe haven. Why are you not in a weekly paper or on Facebook?
Will you be at Painter's Thursday night to talk to the people helping New Windsor Democrats in a fundraising effort? There is one town that reminds me of Phoenix City from the past. Tammany Hall as well. Both were turned around by the good citizens and the Feds.
This county has just begun and we have seen nothing yet of the deliberate corruption to come. This next election is going to place more friends into positions to continue the master plan.
New Windsor Democrats couldn't find a NW establishment to support? Sheeeeesh! No wonder they can't win.

Hasn't anyone noticed how very quiet all our elected officials are regarding all the corrupt profiteering going on in OC. Not a peep or comment. Do they think keeping a low profile and hiding from the issues keeps them blameless. Cowards of corruption.
