Dear Nieces and Nephews
On Saturday, the local media ran with the following story regarding kidnapped children.
And:
Lev Tahor is a separate sect or cult of Hasidim, allied to, or an offshoot of, the Satmar. (Fallsburg, Monsey and certain sections of Brooklyn mentioned in the articles are Satmar communities.) The Satmar have even gone so far as to defend Lev Tahor: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jn7QRcIBIcY
The Senior Helbrans, Shlomo, founder of the Lev Tahor in the 1980s, died when he drowned in a Mexican river in 2017. The group was taken over by his son Nachman Helbrans and the Rosners; they are the recent kidnappers. The founder, Shlomo Helbrans, father of Nachman Helbrans, was convicted of kidnapping in 1994:
In 1994 he was convicted in Brooklyn for the 1992 kidnapping of 13-year-old Shai Fhima Reuven, a Bar Mitzvah boy he was tutoring, and served a two-year prison term in the U.S. He was originally sentenced to four to 12 years in prison, but in June 1996 an appeals court reduced the sentence to two to six years. Three days later, he was placed in the work release program for prisoners less than two years away from the possibility of parole, where inmates are freed from prison if they have a job. After protests, he was moved back to prison.
The high-profile case drew much attention in the U.S., and gained further attention when Helbrans successfully convinced New York prison authorities to waive their requirement that all prisoners be shaved for a photograph upon entering prison, and to accept a computer-generated image of what he would have looked like clean-shaven instead. After the State Parole Board decided in November 1996 to release Helbrans after two years in prison, the case rose to near scandal with suspicions that the Pataki administration was providing him special treatment.
Kidnapping, a family tradition.
The special treatment given to the Satmar has been given to Lev Tahor.
2 years for kidnapping? In and out of prison? No shaving for ID.? What do YOU think?

From the same article in YWN:
Several leaders of the Lev Tahor Cult have just been taken into police custody, YWN has learned exclusively.
They were apprehended in Mexico, in a joint operation between Interpol and the FBI. Police raided two out of three Lev Tahor owned properties in the country in the middle of the night. The five people in custody are:
Nachman Helbrans; Meyer Rosner; Chaim Yankel Rosner; Uriel Goldman (First name unknown) Malka
Do you think the Lev Tahor will be given special treatment in regard to these current charges? If past is prologue, they will be afforded such treatment. (Remember your NYS history, the Former Assemblyman and subsequent Governor, George Pataki, was just one of the many legislators who choose to ignore the court decision declaring the Kiryas Joel School district illegal. And only one of the many ways that NY politicians have given preferred status to the Satmar.) Shlomo Helbrans, Founder of Lev Tahor, was certainly given such treatment in the past.
IN
2019 we need leaders, on the Federal, State and Local level, who will
use courage, fairness and intelligence in take us forward; leaders
who will not be influenced solely by politics, personal or monetary gain.*

*We would prefer not to have leaders who give accolades to developers that consistently commit serious environmental infractions but will‘bring down taxes’.
“Who?”you might ask.
Why, “Doug Bloomfield of Goshen” we respond.
Dougie, When speaking of LEGOLAND (in what appears to be another commercial for Legoland), said:
“With development of this land, we can cut property taxes by 30 to 40 percent.”
Sad, because he has convinced himself that this is true.
Ask Doug if he has ever even looked at the Otterkill or other sites reported, to see the real effects of Legoland.
Great info. An research thanks for ALL YOU DO.
ReplyDeleteThis information is mind blowing to say the least. Animals are treated more humane. What do our politicians think of this bizarre cult and others festering un-noticed. This is not religion. Laws must be adhered to, no exceptions.

ReplyDeleteWhen will we stop closing our eyes to this madness. Great research. As far as Mr. Bloomfield and others who are destroying our water and other natural resources and making OC look like a playground instead of a prosperous, dignified community with real jobs that pay enough to keep our young people here to support a family, well they should all retire from office.
