The "Facility"

Dear Nieces and Nephews, there was a big, big presentation in Wallkill last night regarding the proposal by Valley Agriceuticals.

They took great pains to insist that it was not a “pot farm”

From the article today in the THR by Chris McKenna:
Holling stressed several times that the proposal is for a medical marijuana facility, not a pot farm for recreational drugs.

Your Auntie stands corrected.

We will now refer to it as the “Pot Facility” instead of the “Pot farm”.

Please understand that Auntie and the Team are not advocating for or against medical marijuana, we are just looking into this strong interest in the facility by Danny Boy, despite the fact that the guidelines and legislation have not been finalized.

It’s like selling a shiny new car without an engine.

Valley Agriceuticals Chief Security Officer John Cutter SAID: “It will look like a farm, not a prison."

Really? Here’s some examples of “pot facilities” from Canada and some Western States:

Doesn’t look like a farm to us.

Looks like a ‘facility”; a “pot facility”

PS Was anyone stoned at the presentation?

  3. These pictures posted remind me of an old sci-fi movie with James Arness as "The Thing". It came from outer space to multiply using human blood to reproduce. The alien is a plant based form, and babies looked like carrots in the pod farm. Our tax dollars will suffice as " blood" so that others may grow wealthy and multiply. There is a great deal needed to help the suffering, but is this really the way to go. Just once can we keep greed out of the picture.

  5. Only if they can reap some of what is sown! If you see some glassy eyed ida members, then you will know.
