CARMEN: A CALL TO ACTION Monday February 29th 9:30 AM OC Court

Dear Nieces and Nephews:

TOMORROW, Monday February 29th, Carmen Dubaldi is appearing in OC Court on grand larceny charges. And in light of even more $$$ gone awry (as told by Mr.McKenna in today’s THR) not soon enough. According to the article, Carmen (allegedly) listed the missing monies as “Funds in Question”.

What was the question, “How fast can I get my greedy paws on this money”?

Carmen has yet to be charged with submitting false reports to the Board of elections. Auntie and the team wonder WHY the prosecutors (Holley Carnright, Ulster County DA) are waiting on those charges? Is it true that Mr. Carnright does not take “white collar” crime seriously?

Where is Risa Sugarman? Isn’t she, as the Enforcement Counsel for the State Board of Elections, pursuing those charges? Don’t those charges and the Grand Larceny charges go hand-in-hand?

Auntie and the Team STRONGLY encourage our Nieces and Nephews to attend the Court Appearance of Mr Dubaldi to express our disgust at his crimes; our disgust at the possible “brush off” of the charges which would result in a very diminished punishment.

A slap on the wrist doled out to a political insider.

And a slap in the face to the good citizens of Orange County.

In this leap year, LEAP into action! Be there!

Monday February 29th 2016 9:30 AM OC Court, Justice McLoughlin

A special thanks to our Nieces and Nephews who are also keeping on top of this issue:

“I called the OC Criminal Court today after 3:00PM. It was verified that the Dubaldi case is still on for Monday, 2/29/16 @ 9:30AM, in Court Room 15, with Judge McLoughlin. Please share far and wide so we have many Orange County residents as possible, witnessing Orange County JUSTICE in action!!!”

Looking forward to seeing you there

Could it be that the US Attorney Preet is the only one that can be trusted to prosecute this person?

If Dubaldi gets a slap on the wrist, it will definitely be time for Preet to look into the whole Orange county judicial and political system.

Many may be surprised as to the finality of this case, whenever that may be. And then CD faces the Brennan Lawsuit along with his other cronies. I do not think Judge McLoughlin is prepared to risk a political firestorm by seeing CD skate. The Judge is newly elected.Stay tuned! Much more to be exposed and some will fall. George Green's number one political operative will talk. He is no GGordon Liddy.

Greeting Carmen with protest signs outside the Courthouse on Monday would be a nice gesture.

I attended today's DuBaldi court appearance. I just got in the court room door when DuBaldi and his attorney were in front of the judge. I heard them say they were "going to conference the case." This took place at 9:39AM. DuBaldi remained in the court room while the attorneys and the judge, I guess went to the judge's chambers. At 10:12AM the conference was over. The attorneys returned. DuBaldi's attorney asked DuBaldi to exit the court room. Neither returned. I waited while it appeared the judge was "conferencing other cases." At 11:10AM Judge McLaughlin returned to the bench. At that point a couple of cases came before the judge. DuBaldi and his attorney did not come before the judge but instead it was reported that the "DuBaldi case was adjourned to 3/14 with possible resolution." I hope there was a reporter in the court room, who is writing a story on this proceeding. See you on the 14th. I will get a time, as the date gets closer.

The Judicial system in OC is as perverted as just about every other civil servant office. Dubaldi is going to skate because obviously he can bring down higher ups and his peers, with him.
The Judicial system does not serve public interest it serves the interest of the "state."
The state in this case is other civil servants.
The problem here is "Judicial discretion" and "Prosecutory discretion." The law is clear, there should be NO discretion in twisting the "statue" on behalf of whom the judge or the prosecutor decides to favor.

"Prosecutorial discretion refers to the fact that under American law, government prosecuting attorneys have nearly absolute powers."

Instead of going to court and be ignored anyway..this "DISCRETIONARY" power needs to be challenged and changed.
I had two plain in your face black and white case with misdemeanors and felony done by civil servants. BOTH were ignored by the prosecutors despite request for redress.
The judicial system in the US, for redress and justice IS NON EXISTENT. The judges and the lawyers IGNORE the rules and regulations because they know that the average person cannot afford an Article 78 on their private dime starting at 10K to sue them personally, and even if they could the judges/lawyers stretch out the case for YEARS and years to the point you are knee deep in papers and the point of the lawsuit is buried.

Lawyers will take your money and work with the prosecutor in misleading you into a plea to whitewash "civil" servants if you decide to spend money in suing them. Judges won't allow evidence into court that is beneficial to your case thereby whitewashing the civil servant perpetrator.
Until common law courts are brought back, the US judicial system is not judicious at all. It is a sham.

What then can we do? Americans have been given the shaft since our country was founded. And if a leader does not follow what the elite want, he is removed (See Lincoln, Garfield, McKnley, JFK) and we are lied to as to who did it and why.

I agree OC has a perverted Judicial system. Phoenix City, Alabama did too before federal intervention and honest citizens came forward against the evil forces . Can't Preet see what is happening and intercede?

blah blah blah, if all you commenters really cared you will show up on the 14th en masse so that you cannot be ignored.
And if you do not do it for this criminal case, do it for Bonnie Brennan, who was abused by this Dubaldi jerk.
