Someone wants a get-out-of-jail-free card

Dear Nieces and Nephews,

Many of our Nieces and Nephews, all over the county, on this site and others, as well as in actual conversations, have commented on the Carmen Dubaldi criminal case.
Most are of the opinion that he will get the proverbial "slap on the  wrist".

That very well may happen, especially if the "powers that be" think that we don't care.

Let's show them that we care. Let's go to the County Courthouse this Thursday and let our voices be heard!!!

Now we know that you would like to know what time the hearing is taking place. Auntie and the team would as well. It seems that the  way to get accurate info regarding Judge Mcloughlin's calendar is by calling.476-3650.

If you really are sick of the status quo regarding corruption in our county and state.
if you really believe that the public has the right to know regarding this case.
If you want your voice to be heard...

Make the call and show up on Thursday.

Auntie and the Team look forward to seeing all of their nieces and nephews letting those "powers that be" know that we are not going to take it anymore!!! We are sick of two sets of rules, one for us and one for the privileged few..

Don't let this:

 get away with this:

  1. These "powers to be" define justice as "just us."

  5. Dubaldi, a true city slicker. And he had protection for a number of years in regard to his political activities against good people.

  6. I am surprised that the US Attorney hasn't taken over this case since it smells more than a sewer.

  7. It makes one wonder just how much his bosses in OC knew of his investing scheme and if they themselves were participants. Someone should be digging on how deep is the ocean really is.

  8. I just called the criminal court in Orange County @ 476-3650. I was told there is NO specific time that Mr. DuBaldi's case will be heard. All cases are scheduled for 9:30AM, with those who are incarcerated being heard first. Judge McLoughlin's court is on the 3rd floor. The date of the court appearance is Thursday, Febuary 11th. Mr. DuBaldi is in front of the judge "on an SCI, Superior Court Information," which means his case did not go in front of a Grand Jury. Hope this helps those that want to attend!! Please get the word out so as many as possible can see Orange County justice in action!!

  9. Ladies/Gents he is going to get a slap on the wrist because he can point the fingers @ others in "the system." How do I know? Because he is "going in front of a judge for summary judgement." The judge will has the power to squash evidence that could sink Dubaldi or exonerate him. Summary judgments are only as "just" as the Judge.
Ladies/Gents in case you haven't noticed the "Judicial class" in the USA is as broken as the "political class." There are no virtue/integrity in American the heart. No pride in being a civil servant aka guardian of the community. OC politicians are perverted by the almighty $. Stands to reason when there is no jobs to be had but civil service that they do what they can to keep afloat, even if it means making a deal with Faust.
If Dubaldi gets a slap on the wrist he has blackmailed all his cohorts. "I walk or you come with me, ya know what I mean."

  10. The power of corrupt republican politicos (knowns and unknowns) in orange county is a microcosm of the entire country.
it’s no longer organized politics - it’s organized crime.
it seems they have power over the three or more branches of government.
only those who drink and enjoy the kool-aid and its many flavors cannot see the forest for the trees.

  11. So we told fibs that the Ulster DA was using the grand jury in conjunction with the Dubaldi case? This Judge on Thursday is six weeks old as a Judge. He was a fighting ADA in Dutchess County. Maybe he will be tough.

  12. Well, said and true enough. Only thing that brings these people down is a citizens project like PROJECT VERITAS. www.projectveritas.com
A few citizens who trust each other(infiltrators can gum up the works) pool their money, resources and go after the skeletons in the closet and EXPOSE.
Going the conventional route of "suing" or "complaining to politicians" only gives them heads up to HARASS dissenters.
It is not just the Republicans that are corrupt, Democrats are just as bad. IE: Monroe.
United Monroe was a front for Democrat infighting it was never about "KJ" it was about using KJ factions to bring down the Doles Democrat camp for the Convers Democrat camp,
Doles/Anash KJ vs Convers/Alliance KJ = DEMOCRATS. Anash KJ needs their political stooges in power, the Alliance dissidents want their stooges in power. BOTH ARE DEMOCRATS ala Doles and Convers.
At the end of the day it is the Satmars win the day because OC and Albany is in their pockets.
