A Pattern of Perfidy
Dear Nieces and Nephews
This is a letter from the Counsel to the Governor (on behalf of the Gov) to the CEO of the NY Power Authority, the Commissioner of the NYS Department of Public Service and the Acting Commissioner of the Department of Environmental Conservation regarding the CPV Power Plant in Wawayanda.(Slate Hill).
a closer look:
It is basically stating that all staff contact with CPV cease and desist
Good Idea, since the US Attorney for the Southern District District of New York, Preet Bharara, is having a look into the lobbying activities, campaign contributions and the role of former top aide to Gov. Cuomo, Mr. Percoco in regard to the CPV Power Plant.
Is this an example of Albany corruption here in Orange County? Don't we have enough of our own?
On Thursday of last week, Mr. Bharara was at the OC Bar Association dinner:
Preet Bharara, United
States Attorney for the Southern District of New York gives the keynote address
for the Orange County Bar Association at the Falkirk Estate and Country Club in
Woodbury, NY on Thursday, May 5th, 2016.
Funny that he was in this venue, the site owned by the very one that Auntie and the Team believe that he should be investigating. (re:the BID process for the Golf Course concessions.)
Maybe he was just doing some prep work...
5 Comments:
Was the event and his speech recorded? That would give an indication of his state of mind. Would love to see transcript of the speech. One of OC problems are the lawyers and the judges who are also lawyers.
ONE of the problems? how about THE problem!
What a bunch of yokels! The OC Bar association wewbsite is not only bad, they make no mention of a significant event like having Mr. Bahara at one of their events.
Maybe he is looking around Orange County?
Hope Preet is looking all over OC because there is plenty to see. Don't forget the DuBaldi case. While some people are writing letters attesting to his good character, we who know better must set the record strait.

Sentencing is anticipated the first week of June, so don't delay.
