Carmen Dubaldi: Did He or Didn't He?
Dear Nieces and Nephews,
This Friday is supposed to be the BIG day for Carmen. His sentencing is supposed to take place and there are many rumours about his possibly getting probation with NO prison time!.
Of course, one of the "favored few" would receive such a light sentence as opposed to the other schlubs convicted of equivalent fraud charges and felonies, who received prison sentences somewhere in the statutory 3-7 years.
But not Carmen. He is rumoured to receive 4-5 years probation!!!
AND we are not sure that he did make FULL restitution to those campaign accounts, look for yourself!

Maybe Donald Trump is right. It's a rigged system.
If he wasn't a person with privileged connections he'd be sitting in a cell for 3 yrs.
Can we be sure that the monies taken from the funds of these politicians were not done with their blessings and knowledge.
We suggest that everyone call the Ulster County DA's office and ask to speak to Bureau Chief, Special Victims Unit, ADA Katherine Van Loen who is the prosecutor in the Carmen Dubaldi case OR Ulster DA Holley Carnright at 845-340-3280.
Ask why there is special consideration for Carmen.
My guess is no prison.
DuBaldi sentenced to 1-3 yrs. consecutively for all charges combined as per Mid-Hudson news. He will be out in no time at all. Should have been for each count. Isn't it nice to have friends.
Carmens new club med Attica,Green haven,Woodburn. Perhaps he can avoid these vacation venues by contacting the US ATTY OFC. SDNY AN informing on his associates an their political misdeeds. Dibaldi will not fair well in jail in my opinion an needs to cut a deal for a reduced sentence. Interesting none of his supporters showed at todays sentencing. I wonder if his buddy Neuhaus will give Carmen a severence package?
Why is Bill Deprospo,s name always involved in Orange County septic political system? His fingers are in every dirty situation including the Debaldi case. ASK YOURSELF WHY.

The Ulster DA should investigated. He has a history. And is Carmen done? Bonnie Brennan lawsuit up next. And then their his stock market game. And maybe someone else will look into his crime that got him convicted. Carmen will be at Downstate for processing. Maybe he is there now.They will determine where to send him. Unless he talks. Who would he talk to? Preet?
and why wasn't he charged with filing false instruments? The Ulster DA may be as corrupt as some of the players we have in Orange County.
He did not steal because he needed to article says. Then why did he steal ??? Too many unanswered questions and his past is not squeaky clean. Handled all wrong, but then that is what happens when you have friends in all the right places.
