It looks like common sense prevailed and Kenny lost again. It seems he just can't make it past the primary.
He lost 42% to Phil Oliva's 58% of the vote.
Kenny, Now will you go back to New Jersey?
What is really scary is that Kenny actually got 42% of voters to cast their ballots for him.And scarier still is that less the 5% of eligible voters turned out. If Kenny's family an friends circle was just a bit larger, he might have won

It seems Kenny "Professor Harold Hill" Del Vecchio is taking his festival to Greenwood Lake in 2017. Never mind that we don't have a movie theater. They (Mayor Jesse Dwyer, late of the Nan Hayworth crowd and Kenny) plan to show these films at the Town Beach at the end of Windermere Avenue. The Village will be ponying up $145,000 to Kenny over the next three years for the "honor" of hosting his film festival.
Auntie Predicts that he will not be there for long. Besides, what will Nelson Page do without and actual theatre to close down?
