Good Grammar!
Dear Nieces and Nephews
Your Auntie is a stickler for clear communications and one way to
achieve such communication is to use proper grammar, spelling, syntax etc so that
one’s meaning is understood. Ah! What brings this to the fore?
Well, your Auntie was reviewing William Deprospo’s Campaign
Ad and something wasn’t quite right. And then it dawned on your Auntie!
Grammar!
And so, we passed the advertisement to the English teacher
on the Team and asked for some corrections, to convey the correct message. We
hope Billy appreciates this assistance.
Here’s the ad again:
And the corrections:
Should
read as: “For six years, prosecuted sex crimes cases and then
homicides from Grand Jury to trial completion”
(This was 30 years ago and the two actions were consecutive not concurrent. “Handled” could mean he filed the case records.)
Should read as: “Former Assistant District Attorney Bronx
County, under DA Risa Sugarman” (This was 30 years ago and is the same job as
#1)
Should read as: “Criminal Defense Lawyer and partner of law
firm” (He is not a trial partner, unless his tenure at the firm is on a trial basis with a specific term (end
date).
Our Team member also noticed that there are gaps in this
resume, which should be corrected.
From Bill’s website: “Bill
then moved to The Hudson Valley in 1987
and has represented seriously injured accident victims since 1989.”
Please account for your actions during 1987-1989, Bill, to
complete your C.V. (Curriculum Vitae) After all, we cannot have a Judge with
glaring gaps in his resume, can we? You might also include your activity from when
you left the DA’s office (prior to 1987) to your arrival in the Hudson Valley.
Over two years
are missing from his “resume”.
As of this writing, our teacher gives you a D-

AUNTIE Deprospo must be exposed for who he really is unfit to be a JUDGE.
Why? Do you think a candidate who was entrenched in partisan politics and still is,(contrary to the Judaical code of Ethics), who stretches the truth on a resume like a recent college grad, isn't a good candidate to JUDGE people?

What do you think Auntie is doing? But Auntie cannot control the people who would vote for him even knowing all this stuff about him.
Either vote for him or don't vote at all. The Democrats are not fielding a candidate to run against him. Sad.
And why does Wm. DeProspo neglect to add in his illustrious resume that he was the Chair of the Orange County Republican Committee during reign of Edw. Diana. Remember his involvement with OAS and their dirty deeds which of course he denied, but unfortunately minutes of a certain meeting do not lie.
