From the US Attorney's Office Southern District of New York:
LAMM, 57, of Bloomingburg, New York, pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to corrupt the electoral process, which carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison. The maximum potential sentence in this case is prescribed by Congress and is provided here for informational purposes only, as any sentencing of the defendant will be determined by the judge.
LAMM's sentencing is scheduled for September 28, 2017, at 10:00 a.m.
Co-defendant Kenneth Nakdimen pled guilty on May 25, 2017, to one count of conspiracy to corrupt the electoral process. His sentencing is scheduled for September 7, 2017, at 2:00 p.m.

This will be very interesting to see the sentence given, and Lamm and his cohorts should be charged with other counts of falsifying entire process of formation/plans of this village and the massive corruption. used.
MR. LAMM. Violated a scacred American right to fair election process. Treason at best he was aided by public officials for their own gain. Hopefully his political enablers will also be held to account. Danny Depew, former legislator former Lamm employee an business partner should be investigated as well for any an all dealings with Mr.Lamm an friends. Hopefully LAMM gets 5 yrs or informs on others in his conspircy to over throw Bloomingburg,s election process. So much for DEPEWVILLLE LIT BY AMBIT.
Are we to think that Mr. Lamm deserves only 5-yrs for this one crime of voter fraud. I think the waters run deep and there is much he should be prosecuted for. His connections run deep, as this article states.

The Judicial System is broken and the judges are not so honorable. Plea bargain is an outright of DIVERSION of Justice. LAMM bribed public officials as well.
BTW where is KJ getting the extra 220 ACRES added to their new school boundary? ANS: Town of Monroe/Village of Monroe and Bloomingburg. Way to go UM and Preserve Monroe. Nothing more than $ for the Alliance Hassids.
