Short Stretch for Preferred Prisoners
Dear Nieces and Nephews
On Friday, a Federal Judge in White Plains, Judge Vincent Briccetti, sentenced Kenneth Nakdimen to six months in federal prision for “undermining trust in the electoral system,” . He was one of Shalom Lamm’s partners and a key component in the massive fraud perpetrated in Bloomingburg.
“undermining trust in the electoral system,”
Auntie and the Team think that is an understatement.
Shalom Lamm and his partners willfully violated election law to get the support they needed for their illegal development, Chestnut Ridge in Bloomingburg, just over the county line. They did it to make an obscene profit. (It is OK to make money, Auntie and the Team are Capitalists; however, to violate the law, run over the rights of other people and violate ethical principles to do so, is not acceptable.)
Ken, Shalom and Volvy hit us at our very core with this lack of respect and complete disregard for the law.
Ken received six months in a medium security facility for undermining the key process of our democratic republic.
Six months? It should be six years.
who’s happy now?
Save the Date:
Lamm, 58, who lives in Bloomingburg, pleaded guilty in June. He is scheduled for sentencing Dec. 7. Smilowitz, 28, is headed for trial, which is scheduled for June 2018. His next court appearance will be Jan. 12.

The Judge's sentence of Ken N. is obscene. I shudder to think if Lamm is also given a slap on the hand sentence. Would like to know what sentences other people who have violated these same laws are given. A whole village is being ruled by corrupt officials in a fixed election.
If they were elected in a rigged election why are they still in office? At least there should ne a new election but they should be thrown out!!!
This sends a signal to ONE & ALL JUSTICE IS NOT BLIND SHE HAS A PRICE$$$$$. KNOW who you vote for throw out those who donot represent YOU. BLOOMINGBURG TAKEN OVER BY GREEDY POLITICANS AN ENABLERS.
Why is it taking so long for Smilotwitz' trial to take place 2018? The sentences do not meet the crime. This was no innocent act to take over an entire village. ALL of Lamm's action concerning this village was corrupt from day one and there is so much more he should be charged with. Not to mention there are many others that should be prosecuted-- like everyone who voted illegally. A women in TX received 8-yrs. for voter fraud.
