I WANT MY OWN WAY

In this land of Orange, we spend millions of dollars so that the  CE can do what he wanted to do in the first place, that is sell Valley View and build a new County Government Center. It would make sense to give up the idea of selling Valley View. It would make sense to continue with the county offices where they are on Mathews street, renting or buying, instead of rebuilding a whole new government center.

One way or another it seems that Stevie Thunder is dead set against doing what makes sense IF one had the people of Orange County in mind, not perhaps, SOMEBODY that is benefiting from new construction and the sale of Valley View.

We need to take a long look and see exactly who that is (or they are). We need to review and scrutinize all contracts, we need to make sure that we are keeping a good close look at all the activities that are going on and we need somebody to go over the finances with a fine tooth comb.

Which one of our nieces or nephews would like to attend committee meetings? legislative meetings? Which of you is willing to FOIL documents? Which of you is willing to write letters to the editor? to the AG? What is your expertise? Please share!
