Carmen Sentencing June 1st

Dear Nieces and Nephews

Carmen Dubaldi, Felon extraordinaire is being sentenced on Wednesday June 1st. For his felonious behavior he could quite possibly receive probation. Felons convicted of or pled to similar counts have received prison time of 3-7 years even though they made restitution.

WHY is the Ulster.County DA's office recommending such leniency for Carmen, whose sneering face indicates that he has no remorse, being treated so lightly?

Perhaps we should have gone further than a county right next door to get a non-biased District Attorneys office, one free from the pressures of the Orange County Republican Old Boys Club.

Maybe we should have gone to Essex County? Nah, that definitely would not have worked.





Carmen received many letters of support from the community, which have been sealed-no public scrutiny in this case because "it's the law".

Really? What law? Because Auntie knows of many cases in OC where such letters have been made public.

The difference here being that those letters for Carmen were not "from the community" but from political insiders who want to shield their identity so they will win their next election.
Carmen must really have the "goods" on them.

We don't have copies but Auntie did see one of the letters, didn't she, Cockatoo Head?

If Judge McLoughlin rules in favor of the "light  sentence" he  will be making an exception for Carmen that has not been made before. And Carmen will keep his right to vote, serve on a political party committee again and even run for office. And keep his county job, where he is still working during all of this!!! And that means the Judge was far from impartial, allegedly.

Corruption in NY? Status Quo.
