OPERATION OTTERKILL UNDERWAY.
I don't get it, what's with the helicopter?
Helicopters were used to spray Agent Orange in the Vietnam war. it was supposed to kill plants but also had horrible effects on humans.
General Doggie bloomfield mixing up the medicine/agent orange/. Operation goshen orange.
