No kidding! We all know who the block vote is supporting.
And here is the reason he will not answer or address any questions regarding the Annexation or any other issue regarding this special interest group ... similar to that of another high ranking official in OC... hint: they go way back together and are best friends (but this official is best friends with everyone).
Why would he comment about annexation and risk getting his block vote angry?
Say hello to the pipeline and say goodbye to your town as you know it!
But there could be surprises on the Democratic front. Elisa Tutuni, close friends with Dan Burke has grabbed the Working Families Party (remember, they knocked down Roxanne Donnery) and when asked if she was against the Annexation, she replied she did not support United Monroe. And then there is Alan Weider, who could be the 1st Hasidic in the NYS Assembly. And finally Krystal Serrano the only honest contender on the ticket without any ties to the corruption that exists in OC. Keep it up people, sit home and watch as a certain group once again represents you in Albany.. I mean, well you know what I mean. Say good-bye to OC.

Krystal may have no ties to the corruption as it exists now in OC but she also doesn't really offer much and gives no real reason to vote for her.
None of the democrats will really be able to stand up to KJ because Shelly Silver won't let them, unless they don't care about having enough money to pay staffers or getting decent committee assignments.
And most of the republicans in this primary are either morally depraved, corrupt or just plain nuts. (one does stand out positively but we do question whether or not he has really cut ties with our County Exec)
We need a viable "third party" not the Independence party which has been taken over by republicans. And Working Families doesn't offer anything different, they have been taken over by the democrats.

Krystal Serrano is just another hack, wannabe career politician who is afraid to speak out against the annexation. Or, she too believes that she will receive the primary bloc vote.
At this point in time I would rather have someone with 'nothing to offer' than someone who is 'connected' and will do the bidding of the corrupt. This is still our county, or does everyone just want to give it away. What is all this chattering for anyway. I thought we were AMERICANS, not TRAITORS. If this vote goes down and dirty... well you know the rest of the fairy tale.
Gee, Whatever happened to having someone who is not corrupt AND is qualified. Have our standards gotten that low?
Who,s the BOSS? Who is the under BOSS. Sounds like we have a crime familia in Orange County. Were are the UNTOUCHABLES? Chasing social assistance cheats. How about VOTER FRAUD oops that,s untouchable.
Since 01-01-14 the 'standards' in OC have gotten so low it will take a lifetime to raise them to even sub-standard levels. There is no such thing as qualified, it is who you know or worse, what you know, that gets you in the club. They all band together, birds of a feather. And even stranger when a spokesperson has more clout than the man on the top who only dances around the questions. Corruption, OC is thy middle name. Want to stay alive and well in OC ... be a politician. Otherwise you can kiss your rights down the toilet.
I just heard that Karl Brabenic along with his friend Steve Neuhaus is calling for Federal inspectors to be at the KJ polling places tomorrow.
Should be an interesting day.
