We Build, We Fight, but also, we might, get reelected tonight.

Dear Nieces and Nephews:

We knew it! We knew that as soon as he got back, he would go to the press about his experience as a good American. He has become so transparent that it is becoming boring. (THE paper today) Auntie and the Team even placed bets on his return and Auntie came the closest to his return date at the end of March. She won $10 but lost all respect for the County Executive.

But we need to keep interested, even though his actions are dictated by primary marketing 101.

Because, for all of his foolishness, he is dangerous. He even blabbed the reasons for his attendance in Rhode Island about K&y X$%@VE. And what it is. And this info may be in the public domain now, but there is absolutely NO reason to disclose further information about it. Except maybe to get reelected.

Auntie ponders what classification clearances does this information require???

You see, your Auntie knew where Steve was, but, as a good Americans, Auntie and the Team did not post it on a website for all the world to see. Something to do with revealing deployments and troop movements during times of crisis/war.

Loose lips sink ships.

In fact, Steve’s whereabouts during this time was a very open secret. It seems that many people from Port Jervis to Tuxedo knew where Steve was, in Korea.

Now, you may ask “But, Auntie, how did so many find out?”

Someone told them. Somehow it leaked out. Auntie’s theory is that was leaked on purpose because it could be used as a fluff piece for Steve during Election Year. And Viola! Look at today’s paper! Yes, this fool, with no original thought of his own, has been in office for going on 4 years!!!!

And we have no one to blame but ourselves.

Excluding your dear Auntie and the Team, off course, we don’t like to say but can’t resist:

“We told you so!”

Ask yourselves these questions: Are we really better off today than we were 4 years ago? Are jobs, jobs, jobs! reflected in the current unemployment rate? Do we have a better quality of life in Orange County? Or an impending one? (Just ask the now greatly divided community of Goshen) Do we have a county that is a great place to LIVE, not just work? How are your taxes?

STEVE SAID: “I participated in (k^y R#@)N%,) which is intended to simulate outside aggression against South Korea (Republic of Korea) by North Korea and a unified defense by the ROK, the United States and other allies. The intent was to combine U.S., ROK and other allies together to defend the South if war broke out from the North. It’s nice to say that it works on paper, but it’s best to practice it in a real environment.”

Loose lips sink ships. Even if it does get you reelected.

It is rumored that the Seabee quartermaster issued a Daisy Red Rider BB gun to Steve in honor of his service.

 

It is also rumored Steve will be the subject of a ticker tape parade on Route 17m (according to Focus Media). You know, similar to General MacArthur coming back from WWII and General Norman Schwarzkopf coming back from the Middle East.

Next, Auntie and the Team envision a contingent of the Neuhaus faithful, genuflecting below Steve’s LED billboards on Route 17 chanting “Stevie, Stevie, Stevie!”

Steve’s ammo carrier is none other than Ensign Brabenec, who is also listed as a Sea Scout, forever scanning the waves of politics for his “Admiral” Neuhaus.
