Call for full auduit of town books starting with Neuhaus.
Good idea. Check his expense vouchers plus telephone bills.
Start with checking the men behind the curtain pulling the strings. A complete investigation of all and every member of IDA/OCP. The Noodle gets his orders and performs. We do not need 'friends' in office or in high ranking positions. Just look at how the fate of OC is slowly crumbling from an historic landmark to slum status where not a tree will be left standing.
