Pickled or Potted? WDSD?

Dear Nieces and Nephews

On October 11th,  the Warwick Advertiser,  one of the Straus local news weeklies”  published an article about preservation of open space from an environmental AND economical viewpoint.

Regional report touts the benefits of open space” By Linda Smith Hancharick
Warwick is on the cutting edge with land preservation program in place for decades

Some key take-aways from the Report:

Open space provides critical environmental and economic resources for the entire New York metropolitan region,” according to the report. “These natural systems’ ability to cool the region and absorb storm and field water are making them increasingly valuable.”

The report says, “Protected landscapes have improved the quality of our air and water, nurtured biodiversity, allowed for the production of more local foods and given residents and visitors the gift of beautiful landscapes.”

The town has benefited economically from preserving open space, Sweeton added. Keeping working farms viable benefits the entire local economy.

“Agriculture is our largest economic sector. It’s been a boon for us, paying dividends every single day. It’s a home run.”
Town of Warwick Supervisor Michael Sweeton

What Does Steve Do? He encourages the development of land to the point of the bizarre with amusement parks, more breweries and wineries, all revenue generating during a good economy but not when people are stretched thin money-wise (due to a bad economy).

His plan for Orange County is nothing but an array of 1950’s style of Science Fiction machines and college-type breweries obliterating the landscape , a plan that was supposed to bring jobs, jobs, jobs!!! but alas, not everyone wants to be a Lego or Wolf seasonal employee or a bartender.

Oh, those college years!

Maybe he thinks we all will be so pickled and potted that we don’t care that Orange County will morph into “Stevie’s Playland”.

Take a look at the article and the report and then ask yourselves how different Orange County would be, if Mr. Sweeton had won the Republican Primary back when Steve Noodlehaus first ran for Orange County Executive.

Auntie and the Team know for sure that we would not be facing this:

Steve Neuhaus, you will not go down in History as one of the great leaders of Orange County. Your superficial  approach will backfire on all of us, including you.

This Lego’s for you!
Hey, Whose buying the next round?

During the Noodle's tenure as CE the only thing he has achieved is give jobs to FOS and decimate our beautiful land and wildlife. His flunkies are rezoning all large tracts of farms, wetlands to build multi-level structures or smoke stacks spewing chemicals of death into the air. Anyone who even tries to make sense of it all and has a moral compass is never seen again. And speaking of never being seen again, where is Carmen DuBaldi...Diana, Rabbitt, Larkin's little friend. Only in OC can you commit a crime and get away with it.

If anyone doesn't think that the 5.32 poster isn't Steve Noodlehaus, then you don't realize, that in Steve's world, the only person who compliments you is yourself!

Here's a question no one seems to ask: WHO took the photo and WHY would they not think it was bad to be in uniform drinking?

Quit heaping praise upon Saint Michael. As we speak, a brewery planned for the former Mid Orange Prison properties. Same property that promised "high paying jobs' . Same property where the now defunct Yard Sports Complex is up for auction. Warwick neighbors fed up with the agero tourism venues blasting music and pouring alcohol like its the roaring '20's. It's the same old stuff, Warwick just has a better way of keeping it under wraps.
