Here is a copy of the memo that Steve Gross penned on behalf of our County Executive*.

"The new process includes a pre-employment interview by the County Executive or his designee"

"The County Executives office will now be retaining the original signed hiring request form and will provide Humane Resources, Budget and the respective department with a scanned copy of the form..."

"Please know that, per the County Executive, new full time and part time employees will not be allowed to start work without following this process." 

Note that the Legislators were not copied on this..

*FYI: Steve Gross is the son of Hank Gross, producer of the regional online news which seems to serve as Stevie Thunder's online "press release" outlet. Taylor Sterling aka Joy Taylor (with many, many more aliases) from the local radio station, is his on air bit@h.
