And Justice for All?
Dear Nieces and Nephews:
The Pledge of Allegiance was written by a Minister, Francis
Bellamy, in 1892. Originally, the text was:
"I pledge allegiance to my Flag and the
Republic for which it stands, one nation, indivisible, with liberty and justice
for all."
There were various additions to the text, the “Flag of
the United States” (1923) and “under God” (1954).
But with each version, “and justice for all” remained and is still there today.
While you consider these lofty thoughts, dear Nieces and
Nephews, you might consider that the use of the phrase “and justice for all”
would be used in a variety of ways; to promote an idea, ideal, or a group, and often used in the titles of serious literature.
Today however we find a use that was probably meant to
come across as clever, presented below:
Please explain to us, Bill Deprospo, how you are a “justice
for all”? with “Proven Experience and Commitment”. Experience and commitment to
WHAT?
All of Auntie’s Nieces and Nephews, as well as regular
readers of Auntie’s missives, know that Bill D has “proven experience and commitment”
to lining his pocket and doing so with zeal. He was on the wrong side of the Valley View issue (aligned with OAS) and even tried to further his agenda elsewhere:

this a charitable plan, It is not. It is “for profit”, his profit. It is a
referral service of which he gets a cut.

It has nothing to do with helping
Veterans.
A clear and well defined commitment to enriching himself
and his “associates”.
The rest of his “resume” or claims in his ad are resoundingly
hollow in our opinion. 30 years handling murder and sex crimes? When? Before
1987. Former Prosecutor in District Attorney’s office? Which one? (Bronx County
working for Risa Sugarman) Criminal Defense lawyer and trial partner? According
to his own website he prosecutes cases for accident victims:
“It was a natural
transition to go from helping crime victims to prosecuting cases for accident
victims. Bill has spent his professional
career handling personal injury cases, negligence cases, complex mass tort
cases and criminal defense matters.”

every case in his office is the most important one.” Is that why you referred to Elaine Slobod, a sitting judge, as a 2 year old?

Either he has a loose connection to the truth and
actually believes what is in his ad or he has a rather saucy definition of “…justice
for all”. Do you think these are credentials for a judge or a display of good,
moral character???!!! We don’t.
Did Bill attempt an association with the pledge, a “play on the words” when he used the phrase:
“A Justice for All”?
Nah! We hear he is a big Metallica fan.
PS where does
Billy live??
In July 2016, he filed petitions for judicial delegate in
the 99th Assembly District which included his address at Spruce Hill Lane in Goshen.
Five days later, he sold his residence/house. Is he still in the 99th?
Recently he added his campaign committees
to the Board of Elections website, using David Green’s address. David is the
republican half of the OC Board of Elections. David was appointed by Billy when
Billy was chairman of the OC Republican committee. Did they move in together? Where
is Catherine Bartlett? Bill’s -Acting Supreme Court judge- wife. Or is David
merely his treasurer using his own address. Still, no address for Billy. Where. oh where did Billy go? What is he hiding?
Bill: Transparent? Or Stealth?
