Lamm-pooned Lessons: How to connect the dots.
Dear Nieces and Nephews
Either the Orange County legislators are taking a lesson
from their counterparts in Sullivan County or the other way around, either way
bodes ill for the average home owner in both counties.
Auntie is concerned with the overlapping relationships
and associations between elected and appointed officials and their employers in
common and between themselves and the developers of Satmar Hasidic communities.
In Sullivan and Orange Counties, such connections seem to
point to a single person: Mr. Shalom Lamm of Black Creek Holdings, Chesnutt Ridge
in Bloomingburg (Guilty!), 7 Peaks (Shawanagunk Ridge) Ambit Energy and more!

With this information, it is hard to believe that Dan
Depew working for Sullivan County is just a co-incidence or resulting from the
analysis of the better resume. Josh Potochek, the SC Manager, couldn’t possibly
be influenced by an influential SC Legislator, could he??? WHY did Danny leave
just a few months before his possibly re-election to the Wallkill Supervisor
post, if all was well? WHY just after Shalom Lamm pled guilty in Federal Court
to nefarious actions regarding elections in Bloomingburg?
Regarding Potochek’s appointment to County Manager, Scott
Samuelson said:
” In the course of
that discussion, it became evident that all the legislators held the same
belief that Josh Potosek had been doing an exemplary job as acting manager”. Ultimately,
it was determined, and I am happy to tell you that it was a unanimous decision
by this board, that we would offer the position of county manager to Josh, and
abandon that search, We are very pleased that he accepted.”
At this point you should exclaim, if you believed what
you just read, “What a coincidence!!! Isn’t it great that these things just
work out???” But no, let’s connect the dots:
Danny was recommended by Joshua (Josh) Potochek for the
position as his deputy. Samuelson (currently SC Legislator in the 1st District)
supported Potochek for the County Manager job. Samuelson and Danny have a
previous relationship through Shalom Lamm. See how it is done?

Auntie, forward this to FBI it certinally spells out the situation perfectly. I predict arrests will commence in Orange Co.Sullivan Co. Rockland Co. & Brooklyn. Auntie, Wow what a difference between your information and the article in the 4/12/17 Wallkill Valley Times on none other, than the infamous, Dan Depew. Title of the article is: "Depew's deals paved the way for bigger things." If I did not know better, this WVT article by Jessica Cohen, practically has Depew, walking on water. Maybe you would share some of your findings about Dan's career path with Ms. Cohen? Maybe she would like to do a follow-up article? Thanks Auntie for the truth you consistently expose.
Nov.9,2008 article is a total sham 49 $2M estates with 7 b/r's, on 650 acres this was definitely a ploy as a startup community. Even comment #15 at the end of this article states what the populace who adore Lamm really want from him:

Bill Deprospo is only running for judge because he is jealous of his wife. He will be brought on charges within a year of his tenure as judge. He is not able to curb habits that have been long in the making and these "habits" will be his downfall.
He is not smart enough to realize that.

Why can't we have elected officials in Orange County like they do in Mamakating and Bloomingburg who are not afraid to do the right thing?
11:52 do not be silly. "Do the right thing". The majority of the elected officials in Orange County do not know what that word means. Don't you understand the word "corrupt". Only friends can get elected in OC.
