VALLEY VIEW LDC BOARD APPOINTED AND WHAT DID STEVE SAY?

Here we go! In regard to the big announcement today about the Valley View LDC panel being formed, our County Executive had the following to say.

STEVE SAID: “Their number one goal is to make sure that the residents that are being cared for at Valley View are going to be continued to be cared for and they will literally save Valley View whether they keep it in county hands or they sell it to a non-for-profit,” 

This is just getting too easy.

Let's take a look at this. Piece by piece.

"... number one goal is to make sure that the residents that are being cared for at Valley View are going to be continued to be cared for..."

What are they going to do? Assume nursing duties?

"...they will literally save Valley View..."

From what? Elected officials that wants to sell it to a private entity?


"...whether they keep it in county hands or they sell it to a non-for-profit,”

 So does this mean that the LDC will not sell it to a private entity?

Think about this. Steve Said keep it in County hands or sell to a NON-FOR-PROFIT

Is it that he just misspoke? or is this another one of his promises....
