How Soon We Forget...

WOMEN BACK NEUHAUS’ JOBS PLAN CHESTER, N.Y. (Nov. 1, 2013)

WOMEN BACK NEUHAUS’ JOBS PLAN Women from across Orange County gathered in Chester today to show support for Orange County Executive candidate Steve Neuhaus’ plans for job creation. Those gathered included small business owners, mothers, unemployed women looking for work and other professionals all concerned that they and their children will be able to find good jobs in Orange County.”

Sounds good, doesn’t it?

Perhaps motivated by the fear that his opponent might have more support among women voters, Stevie Thunder, loudly proclaimed during his campaign, that women support his job plan. Women? How many? 2? 10? 100? (A statement with such broad reach is not only intellectually disingenuous, but misleading. If two women support the plan then you may use the plural. It would not look too good if he said Woman supports plan.) Anyway, these 20 or so women who supported Steve may not be too thrilled now.

2 years ago, some of you may remember the following: The THR reported on 06/05/12 that on a Facebook page called, "NY19 U.S. House of Representatives Civil Discussion Center." Jay Townsend, of the Townsend Group, wrote (JAY SAID): "Let's hurl some acid at those female democratic Senators who won't abide the mandates they want to impose on the private sector,”

WOW! Pretty harsh stuff, seems misogynistic.

Why is your Auntie Alibi bringing this up now?

Committee name: Friends of Steve Neuhaus July periodic 2014 Expenditures:

Your CE is spending money for “consulting” to the tune of $20K!!!!

Why is Steve consulting jay Townsend? Is it to get the women's vote?

You decide.
